Blue Canopy was founded by industry experts within the financial, telecommunications and automotive industries with solid consulting backgrounds. The next phase of our evolution to become a well-known brand name in the marketplace had begun.   • Health Insurance coverage through Guardian Healthcare Company. Coverage is effective on the first day of the following month of employment.
  • Dental coverage is provided through Guardian Vision coverage is provided through Spectera, a United Healthcare Company. Coverage is effective on the first day of the following month of employment.
  • Flexible Spending accounts. $2,000 for Medical FSA and $5,000 for dependent care FSA.
  • Matching 401(k) plan. Blue Canopy will match 50% of the first 6% of each participant’s salary deferred.
