BLUE CANOPY CHOSEN BY CGI FEDERAL TO IMPLEMENT AN EARNED VALUE MANAGEMENT OFFICE©
Reston, VA – Blue Canopy, a leading consulting and information technology firm focused on compliance and enterprise performance management services announces the Implementation of CGI Federal´s Earned Value Management Office (EVMO©).
Blue Canopy is implementing CGI Federal´s Earned Value Management Office (EVMO©) in support of a select pilot program. The EVMO© is a holistic management approach which includes designing and implementing their Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and assimilating it into their current Program Management Office (PMO) capabilities. Blue Canopy will prepare their EVMS for official Validation with the appropriate cognizant federal agency and ensure it aligns with the standards laid out in the Project Management Body Of Knowledge (PMBOK), CGI Federal´s internal System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and their Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) processes.
